Oil Pulling = Bridal Beauty
Hello lovelies! So I came across this post on one of my scrolls through Facebook today. And yes, I'm about to blog about another blog..but hey if it's good information, why not just share it with those I love right? The topic of this blog is on Oil Pulling. Basically, you swish organic oil through your mouth for 20 minutes a day and the oil pulls the toxins out of your body through your mouth. In the same way that some medicines work more quickly when held under your tongue, it works the same way when drawing toxins out of your body. Here are a couple of articles you might enjoy:
Oil Pulling has many health benefits, and for those of you who are preparing for a special day free of sickness and where you want to look and feel your best, I would highly recommend you try this natural remedy. You can read more about oil-pulling and it's benefits here:
I'm going out and getting me some coconut oil today! I can't wait to try this!
Be beautiful and healthy my friends!
I tried this last night while I took my shower. I figured I would be there for at least 20 minutes lol. I used LouAnna 100% Coconut Oil. Don't freak out when you can't swish immediately. Give the oil a minute or so to adjust to your body temperature and just hold in your cheek until it starts to liquify. Do not swallow the oil! After a couple minutes, you should be able to start swishing it like water. The great thing about this oil is that it has no taste, so you don't have to worry about having a bad taste in your mouth for 20 minutes. Make sure you don't spit out in the drain when you are done, it will clog your pipes. Spit into a plastic bag and throw in the trash. First night went well, I will update you in a week and let you know if it's working! :)
